 Chasing Bubbles Picture this ...  You are walking in a meadow that has just come into bloom, the beauty of the flowers is understated as they stand pretty and tall, brushing against your thighs as you stroll through them aimlessly.  There is a gentle breeze that tickles your skin and softly blows through your hair, the sun is fading but still feels warm.  As you walk  you let your finger tips rustle against the flowers, their scent flowing past you in the wind.  The same wind that carries some bubbles, that you notice floating freely, The colours of them are glistening in the sunset,  You start to chase them, hoping to catch them without them bursting ... there is nothing worse than bursting your bubble!!  Chasing bubbles in a meadow full of springtime flowers is bliss!! I always come up smelling of roses!!   As you know from my previous blog, I love a bargain!! And oh boy!! What a bargain I had in this weeks Saturday Sale .. Just check out these roses from DISORDERLY. Aren't they simply amazing!!  The head of flowers comes with a Hud and each flower has 4 colour options, I chose to stay with pink and yellow with mine, but there was also red and white too, so lots of different variations are possible.  The bubbles are just too cute and I can see that these will get used quite a lot as a prop in future photos, I bought them in Pink, but there are red, white and yellow options too. I will also likely use the white bouquet in future photos too.  The Big yellow roses behind me are also from the Disorderly collection, they are actually balloons, that you wear. I rezzed them and made them slightly bigger so they became a part of the scene, rather than a feature. All items in the DISCOVERY Domestic Roses Set are resizable.  I Hope you ...

Fashion on a Budget!  There was a time in Second Life (SL) when i worked as a hostess like it was a real job, 19 sets a week, often back to back. Why? because DJ's would ask me to host them, Sometimes even DJ's I had not even heard of. I loved hosting and found it hard to refuse. But hosting isn't just the 2 hours on stage, well it wasn't for me, it was also about writing original notices, putting the sets in SL events and making sure i looked good on stage too.  I would run and get the latest releases from shops like Blueberry or from shopping events like Uber, only to discover so did every other women in SL and we would all be wearing the same outfits, So I stopped getting new releases, stopped going to designer events.  Eventually all the hours I put into hosting burnt me out, I was exhausted from so much hosting, so I halved the number of sets I did, club managers and DJ's alike tried to talk me out of it, but I had to for my health.  Less sets means less Linden...

  CAUGHT IN THE ACT!!! Rosie hand been out in the cold snow for long enough and decided to go into her adoptive families home, partly to warm up, partly do her mission that Santa sent her to do, but mostly to look for mischief.  It was dark in the house, the only  light was that that shone from the Christmas tree (and the pet dog!) Everybody in the house was sleeping, except for the dog, who appeared to be snooping at the gifts that had appeared early under the  Christmas tree. Rosie tip-toed in closer to see what the dog was doing, she could see it's tail, but where was it's head, and cold wet nose?  She crept closer and closer until she saw the dog trying to climb inside a sack.  "Must be looking for yummy goodies" Rosie decided whilst she clambered on top of the dog, The dog started wiggling about, getting all caught up in some Christmas lights.  Rosie sat on the dog's back and made herself as comfy as sh...

  The Naughty Christmas Elf! As Christmas approaches it is that time of year when families adopts Elves from Santa.  The thought behind this is that the Elves spectate the families activities to see if they are naughty or nice and report back to Santa.  BUT this is not always the case!! Now, there is one particular Elf that is particularly naughty. It does not matter how hard she tries to be nice, she is always naughty, very naughty indeed!  This Elf is called Rosie and is the naughtiest of them all, she gets up to all kinds of mischief ...
